1. Services

Easy Data Technology, through its platform EDT WEB, offers web hosting, domain registration, VPS hosting, email services, and other digital infrastructure services. All services are subject to availability and responsible usage.

2. Account Registration

Customers are required to register an account to use most services. You are responsible for the security of your login details and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in advance. Services may be suspended or terminated due to non-payment without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under specific conditions. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our services for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Spamming, phishing, or scams
• Distribution of viruses or malware
• Hosting pirated or copyrighted material
• Violating any laws

We strictly do not support fraud. Whatever the server is used for is fully the client’s responsibility. Easy Data Technology is not part of any misuse and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service immediately if fraudulent or abusive activities are discovered — without refund.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for your data and backups. Easy Data Technology may provide backup options but does not guarantee data recovery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Easy Data Technology shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from service use, downtime, or data loss.

8. Domain Registration

Domains are subject to third-party registrar rules. We are not liable for domain loss or expiration due to client inaction.

9. Suspension and Termination

Easy Data Technology may suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these terms or for any illegal or abusive use.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
